The title “Sustainable urban construction in the periphery: Eco-cities” refers to a personal investigation based on the Partial Plan of Peteta, from a reflection on how residential fabric must evolve in the 20th century, what variables must be incorporated in order to make areas more liveable and sustainable and how they can contribute to the re-building of damaged peripheries. Many times these areas are built without planning and occupy important areas with great environmental and landscape value, which are important to restore.
